These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Nextravel, including our website, web application, Android app, iOS app, demos, support, and related services.

By creating an account, booking a demo, using the software, or accessing our mobile apps, you agree to these terms. If you use Nextravel for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

Nextravel is provided for lawful travel business operations, including CRM, enquiries, bookings, billing, reporting, communication, fleet visibility, and operations management.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into your account, user permissions, customer communications, invoices, tax information, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload malicious content, violate third party rights, or use Nextravel for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under accounts created for your organization.

Administrators may add, remove, and manage users within a business workspace. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe an account is misused, compromised, unpaid, or violating these terms.

Commercial terms, pricing, setup fees, subscription fees, payment schedules, and included features may be defined in a proposal, invoice, order form, written communication, or plan selected by you.

Unless separately agreed in writing, fees are payable in advance and applicable taxes may be charged. Late or failed payment may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access.

You retain ownership of business data and customer data that you submit to Nextravel. You grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the required permissions and legal basis to upload, process, communicate with, and manage customer, passenger, employee, driver, vehicle, billing, and location data through Nextravel.

If you use WhatsApp, SMS, email, or similar communication features, you are responsible for message content, consent, opt-outs, timing, templates, and compliance with applicable telecom, marketing, privacy, and platform rules.

Third party communication providers may apply their own delivery rules, pricing, limits, and policies.

Nextravel software, website content, designs, code, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials are owned by Elano Infotech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Nextravel intellectual property to you. You may use the service only as permitted under these terms and your active plan.

We work to keep Nextravel reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third party outages, network issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the product, meet legal requirements, maintain security, or support operational needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextravel and Elano Infotech are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using Nextravel or request account closure according to your commercial arrangement. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or material breach of these terms.

After termination, eligible data may be deleted or retained according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and backup practices.
