Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, setup fees, and refund requests are handled for Nextravel software and related services.

Commercial terms may vary by proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement. If a signed agreement says something different, that agreement will apply.

Free trials and demos

Free demos and free trials are offered to help you evaluate Nextravel before purchasing. A demo or trial does not guarantee that every feature, customization, or integration will be included in a paid plan.

If a trial expires and no paid subscription is activated, access may be restricted or removed.

Subscription cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting info@elanoinfotech.com from the registered email address or by contacting our support team at +91 6398534737.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing or renewal date. Access normally continues until the end of the already paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility

Subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, customization fees, integration fees, and third party charges are generally non-refundable once the service, setup, or implementation work has started.

A refund may be considered only when there is duplicate payment, incorrect billing, payment collected after confirmed cancellation, or a service issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable period after receiving complete details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, gateway, or payment provider timelines may apply.

Non refundable items

Fees paid for custom development, data migration, training, configuration, third party integrations, SMS or WhatsApp credits, payment gateway charges, domain or hosting purchases, and consumed subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Any third party service fees are subject to the refund policy of that provider.

Data after cancellation

After cancellation, your access to Nextravel may be restricted. You should export or request necessary data before the end of your paid access period.

Data may be retained, deleted, or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy, legal requirements, backup practices, and your account deletion instructions.

To request cancellation, refund review, invoice correction, or billing support, email info@elanoinfotech.com with your business name, registered phone number, invoice details, payment date, and reason for the request.

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and payment records before taking action.
