Instructions for requesting account deletion, personal data deletion, workspace deletion, and related verification steps for Nextravel apps.
Account deletion request
If you use the Nextravel mobile app or web app and want to delete your account, you can request deletion by emailing info@elanoinfotech.com or calling +91 6398534737.
Please contact us from your registered email address or registered phone number and include your name, business name, workspace name, and the account or user profile you want deleted.
Verification
Before deleting an account, we may verify your identity and authority to make the request. This protects your business data from unauthorized deletion.
If the account belongs to an organization, we may require approval from the workspace owner, administrator, or authorized business representative.
What will be deleted
Eligible personal account data may include profile details, login access, device tokens, support identifiers, and personal information linked to your user profile.
If you request deletion of an entire business workspace, eligible workspace data may include users, enquiries, customer records, bookings, invoices, vehicle and driver records, communications, and related operational data, subject to verification and legal retention rules.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for tax, billing, audit, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or enforcement of agreements.
Data stored in backups may take additional time to expire from backup systems, but it will not be used for active business operations after deletion is completed.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to verify the request.
Deletion or anonymization of eligible data is generally completed within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required by law, security investigation, unresolved billing matter, or technical backup process.
Alternative options
If you do not want full deletion, you may request account deactivation, correction of inaccurate information, user access removal, or export of available business data.
Administrators can also manage team access from within the workspace where supported by the active plan.
